West Central MN SHRM Chapter Services
We are committed to promoting professional development, networking for constructive ideas, and providing members with the awareness on matters that affect the human resource profession.
Our monthly meetings provide HR professionals with networking and educational opportunities. Many of our programs are approved for recertification credits through SHRM National and the HR Certification Institute. In addition, we assist in providing an annual employment law seminar in the community of Alexandria.

Monthly SHRM chapter meetings take place online via zoom or in the community room at Grand Arbor in Alexandria, MN.
Our chapter socials and networking events help increase the feeling of connectedness throughout our members. Allowing our members to meet new colleagues and strengthen their network, helps support long lasting friendships in our human resource community.
Taking place each year, The Employment Law Update includes "Hot off the Press! Employment Law News You Can Use." Both West Central SHRM members and community non-members are invited to this event.
