2023 Wage & Benefits Surveys
The 2023 Wage & Benefits Surveys will be available June 1st through June 30th.
Participation in the surveys grants you access to the final report(s), which can help you benchmark your business against others in the region and identify areas where you can improve your compensation and benefits packages. It’s a great way to stay competitive and attract top talent!
Participation Requirements
A company must be in and report only on MN Economic Region 4 Counties: Becker, Clay, Douglas, Grant, Otter Tail, Pope, Stevens, Traverse, and Wilkin.
Confidential
To keep all submissions confidential, surveys are conducted by and held in strict confidence with the Alexandria Area Economic Development Commission. The names of companies who participate will only be displayed in a list on the report cover page. All data will remain confidential. Minimum job data is required to protect individual company information.
No Cost
Participation is FREE and includes a final report(s) for each survey submitted. Final reports are confidential and cannot be shared amongst companies outside of those listed on the cover page. There is no option to purchase the reports if a company chooses to forgo participation.
Deadline
Please submit completed surveys by June 30, 2023, to be included in the final data compilation. Final reports will be distributed by July 31, 2023.
